The Open Lens

The Open Lens is my visual journal, a space for the photographs and stories that emerge from curiosity but don’t necessarily fit the focused narrative of my main projects. Here I document the world as I encounter it, following threads that catch my attention without needing to justify their connection to a larger theme.

Some of these explorations might eventually feed back into future work. Others simply capture moments that felt worth preserving. This is where I give myself permission to photograph freely, to share work that has value even when it doesn’t serve a predetermined purpose.

It’s the ongoing conversation between me and whatever draws my eye, unconstrained by the boundaries of any single project.
